A special challenge was the handling of those long spindels. We were produced for a nuclear power station in diameter M99x15000mm.

Production steps: Basic material was tempered to Rm=1200N/mm². For thread forming it has to be preturned to the roll diameter. After this process parts were controlled by thread gauge. Deviation was less than 1mm per meter.
